Refunds & cancellations

This policy applies to paid seats in Apphavencore tech analysis training programs (classroom cohorts, evening classes, intensives, and private company cohorts) delivered from our Phu Nhuan studio. It does not cover physical product sales or shipping—we do not sell merchandise through this site.

Eligibility

Refund requests must come from the person or company that paid for the seat, using the email on the enrolment confirmation. Requests are reviewed against the timelines below and the status of the cohort.

Timeframe for full refunds

Cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the published first session date and you receive a full refund of tuition paid for that seat, minus any non-refundable deposit stated on your invoice (if one was collected).

Partial refunds

Cancellations received between thirteen (13) and seven (7) days before the first session are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund of tuition paid, excluding non-refundable deposits. Cancellations inside seven (7) days before the first session are not eligible for a tuition refund unless we cancel the cohort.

Non-refundable items

• Deposits marked non-refundable on the enrolment invoice.
• Third-party materials we purchase specifically for a private cohort after you approve the materials list.
• Completed private coaching hours already delivered inside a custom package.

Refund process

Email hello@apphavencore.click with the subject “Refund request,” your full name, program name, and payment reference. We confirm receipt within three business days and state whether the request qualifies under this policy.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days after approval. Funds return via the original payment method when possible, or via bank transfer to an account you nominate in Vietnam. Currency matches the original charge (typically VND).

Cancellation by Apphavencore

If we cancel a cohort for low enrolment or instructor unavailability, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to a later date of the same program. We are not responsible for travel costs you arranged independently.

Rescheduling

You may request a one-time transfer to a later cohort of the same program if seats remain, requested at least seven (7) days before the original start. A transfer fee may apply if stated on your invoice. Transfers are not available after the first session begins.

Deposits

Some cohorts require a deposit to hold a seat. Unless the invoice says otherwise, deposits become non-refundable seven (7) days after payment and are credited toward tuition when you attend.

No-shows

Missing sessions without prior written notice counts as a no-show for those sessions. No-shows are not refundable. Partial attendance does not create a proportional refund once the cohort has started.

Work already started

After the first facilitated session of a cohort begins, tuition is non-refundable. You may still access remaining sessions and materials for that cohort unless removed for conduct reasons under our terms.

Purchased materials

Printed workbooks included in tuition are yours to keep and are not returned for credit. Separately invoiced materials ordered for a private cohort are non-refundable once ordered with your approval.

Exceptions

We may grant exceptions for documented medical emergencies or force majeure preventing attendance, typically as a credit toward a future cohort rather than cash. Exceptions are discretionary and confirmed in writing.
