- Enquiry and enrolment details: name, email, phone if provided, program interest, and message content.
- Attendance and completion records for learners who join a cohort.
- Technical data such as browser type and pages viewed when cookie consent allows analytics cookies.
How we use information
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, confirm seats, deliver training, issue completion notes, improve the curriculum, and meet accounting or legal duties in Vietnam. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who host email or classroom tools under instructions that protect confidentiality, or with authorities when required by law. Instructors access learner details only as needed to teach a cohort.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to complete the conversation and related follow-up, then deleted or archived under our retention schedule. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for the period required by applicable bookkeeping rules.
Your choices

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No transmission method is perfectly secure; please avoid sending sensitive credentials through the contact form.
